Our partnership with 14er Exteriors ensures that your system remains reliable and efficient, giving you peace of mind that your solar investment is performing at its best.
Follow the instructions below to grant monitoring access for your system:

⚠️ Important Update for SolarEdge Users ⚠️
As of February 17, 2025, SolarEdge has implemented a policy change. If you do not have admin access and require a site transfer (Option 2), there is now a $99 fee. This fee is charged by SolarEdge for processing the site transfer. If you are unsure about your current access level, please reach out, and we can assist you in navigating this process.

By granting Off Grid Solutions access to your SolarEdge monitoring platform, we can:
✅ Diagnose any potential issues more effectively.
✅ Reduce on-site service costs by preparing for your specific needs.
✅ Ensure replacement parts are available if needed.
✅ Discover information about equipment warranty coverage.
✅ Proactively monitor your system, especially if your original installer is no longer in business.
If your original installer is unavailable or no longer in business, having a reliable partner monitoring your system ensures that potential issues don't go unnoticed. Off Grid Solutions will receive alerts from your system and promptly contact you to inform you of any issues. They will also offer to perform further diagnostics and repairs to keep your solar system running efficiently.
Please note: Providing access does not affect your system ownership or monitoring portal information. You can revoke access at any time within your SolarEdge or Enphase account.

🛠️ Steps to Grant Access to SolarEdge Monitoring:
📝 Step 1: Gather Your Site Information
If you have admin access, you can add Off Grid Solutions directly through the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal.
1️⃣ Log in to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal
Use your credentials to sign in.
Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.
2️⃣ Locate Your Site ID
Open the mySolarEdge app or log in to the portal.
Navigate to Site Details in the menu to find your Site ID.
📌 Write down your Site ID and proceed to Step 2 to complete a Site Transfer Request through SolarEdge.

📝 Step 2: Submit a Site Transfer Request
3️⃣ Access the SolarEdge Site Transfer Request Page
Scan the QR code below or go directly to the page.
4️⃣ Enter System Information
Input your system’s serial number—found on the sticker on the upper right part of your inverter (bottom of the label).
Enter your Site ID (from Step 1).
5️⃣ Add Off Grid Solutions, LLC
Use Installer ID: 369975.
6️⃣ Complete the Request
Fill in the required contact information fields and click Proceed.
Follow the steps to pay the $99 transfer fee to complete the site transfer.

For Enphase Users:
To grant Off Grid Solutions access to your Enphase system, simply visit the link in the QR code or click here and log in when prompted.
⚠️ Note: After logging in, you will be automatically prompted to grant Off Grid Solutions access. If you are not prompted, return to these instructions and click the link again—this should then trigger the access request screen.
✅ View Access – Allows monitoring only.
✅ Manager Access – Provides additional permissions to provision new equipment if repairs are needed.
Providing access does not affect your historical data or any other monitoring settings, and permissions can be revoked at any time in your Enlighten portal.
